Working with plants as medicine has been my main squeeze for the past ten years. I’ve cultivated deep and life-changing relationships with planta sagradas. They have shown up for me over and over again, in ways I didn’t even know were possible. I am awestruck and captivated by their simple yet ancient ways, guidance, and healings. Transformation awaits within each leaf, flower, root, energy, and being. Who knows, if you invite them in, they may also take ya for a ride or two or ten. Healing is not linear, and neither is the road we traverse. No guarantees that this path will be easy; in fact, when you dive deep into healing yourself and into the otherworld, many things will present themselves, dark and light. Hold. On. Tight. Sol Alegria, only joy, for below the deepest wound lies the grandest treasure, pure gold. X marks the spot. Is it time to dig?
During a consultation with me, my intention and prayer is to channel the wisdom of the plants present. The methodology is very simple. We have an intentional conversation, we go as high or low as you’d like. All in flow, all in time, all the space. My model is very alive, present, intuitive and freeform. Once I get a feel for ya and where you are at I can take the steps to introduce you to herbal allies that are showing up in that moment. Ones that hold the remedies for you in this unique time and space. I offer gentle guidance, invited advice, a firm container and a soft space for ALL of you, every last part. All is welcome. Like my boy Ram Dass says, we are here to walk each other home after all. Together we can. Estamos juntos. Shava Shava.
After we wrap up, I am available to answer questions and curiosities. By no means am I saying I will have the answers, but I’ll hit ya with my best shot and trust the rest of it will unravel within yourself in divine time. Afterwards, I am available to customize a variety of herbal formulas. This includes but is not limited to: herbal tea blends, tinctures, elixers, incense blends, smoking blends, anointing oils, aura spritzers, salves, creams, essential oil blends, dream sachets, herbal baths and dressed ritual candles. The formula that we land on will be your “prescription.” An invitation to delve into healing, wholeness and greater alignment with Great Spirit.
Tarot Reading
I welcome and work with archetypical energies through tarot and oracle decks. Readings with me are simple. First, we set the intention; second, you find the question; third, we pray together for the answer. Sometimes the guidance is very loud, other times a soft whisper. But every time you’ve known the answer all along. For we all innately know the truth. There is a primal guide that lives inside all of us. Sometimes, we just need a lil nudge, a reminder to remember. Tarot is here to help us do just that.
Janzu Water Therapy
In the beginning, there was light, and the light hovered over the waters. Isn’t that the truth? It’s right there in Genesis. :)
Water, here from the start. Janzu is water massage, also known as rebirthing therapy. During a session, your only job is to let go. Easier said than done, I know.
Janzu originated in China in an effort to help folks remember that at the end of the day, in every moment, we are deeply held by the healing waters of Mama Earth. All the time. In everyday. No questions asked. No buts about it.
Water therapy lends itself to remembering, soul retrieval, dream work, alleviating chronic pain, recovery, relaxation, and getting the heck out of those non-stop looping thoughts, worries, and fears.

In-person sessions are held in my cozy casita in Monteverde, Costa Rica.
During your appointment I typically offer complimentary herbal tea, herbal smudging, and may even throw in a healing song or two. Every session is unique to the present time and moment, and your current needs. No two sessions are the same.
Virtual sessions are held online via WhatsApp.
Once you schedule with me, you will receive a confirmation email. Inside this email will be more detailed information about our upcoming session, instructions on how to download WhatsApp, as well as a payment link. You can pay directly with your card or through your PayPal account. Feel free to reach out with any questions before or during this process.

This new moon, Rosa is coming in strong. She is pleading for balance within ourselves, our relationships, and our nations. The push and pull have intensified in the field, a desperate yet tactless attempt to elicit change in such trying and uncertain times. Rosa reminds us that balance begins within. It is only when we tap deep into ourselves and see it’s all there, the strong and the soft, the yin and the yong, the shiva and the shakti, that we can begin to alchemize our homes, relationships, careers, and even countries. Yes, I said it. Tiny shifts within the self, steps towards Self remembrance, can and will “change the world.” Step by step on travels far. Or as we say it in Costa Rica, poco a poco, little by little.
As we sip in this delicious and decadent herb, let us remember who we truly are. Let us stand knowing that it all resides within.
